Sarah Watling (she/her) is a first-year MA student. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan University in Sociology and Spanish in 2023. Sarah is concentrating in Environmental Sociology and is interested in climate migration and environmental movements in Latin America.  Additionally, Sarah serves as a graduate teaching assistant in the Sociology Department, leading sections of the Introduction to Sociology course.
