Bethany Callan Nelson
I am currently earning my PhD. in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology and Critical Race. I received my BA from Berea College in Sociology (2012). I later earned my MPA from Eastern Kentucky University (2013) and my Masters in Criminal Justice (2015), also from Eastern Kentucky. My research interests lie at the intersections of social suffering, exclusion, dark tourism, and cultural criminology.
