Mujahid Iqbal

Mujahid is a first-year PhD student in Environmental Sociology. He is also working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. He belongs to District Jhang (Pakistan). He completed his Masters in Rural Sociology from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, and earned his M.Phil from Government College University, Faisalabad.

Mujahid served at the Government of Pakistan for many years.

His research examines the interplay between environmental systems, social structures, and development policies, with a focus on environmental inequalities, sustainable development, and social justice. He is also interested in issues of gender and sexuality.
